::It All Works Out:: Casco, Michigan Maternity Photographer
I've been lacking on my blog. I've really gotten lazy and have been posting all my previews on Facebook. So tonight I am posting my favorite image from my maternity session this past weekend. The whole session was amazing even though the location got changed at the last second (Amanda and Chris had something come up at the last second and I came out to their house to do the shoot). Their property is gorgeous and I couldn't have been more thrilled with what I had to work with. I believe everything happens for a reason and this session proved that for me. Congrats Amanda and Chris (NOT John!! lol) I can't wait to get the call to come out and take pictures of the both of you with your little man.

I had a family session a bit a go where it was threatening to rain as I drove to George George Park. When I got there I rushed everyone to the pavilion but did take a few shots as we walked. The rain did start to come once we were under shelter... but only as a sprinkle. We were able to leave the pavilion and do some shots out in the park. The P Family was a lot of fun and laughter was a common thing that day. And boy were they sufficient! I couldn't believe how quick we got a session with essentially three families done.By the time we left the sun was shining and the day was getting pretty hot. I think the timing and weather ended up being perfect for this session.

I met Lil Miss "C" with her mom and dad on a beautiful Sunday morning. We had finally been able to meet up after a few reschedules due to my knee problems, a move for her family and weather. I'm sure you can imagine how happy I was that it didn't rain that morning. While Miss "C" was in a serious mood, I got some precious shots of her with her parents and by herself. Especially the ones of her in her purple pettiskirt and matching headband. I mean, how adorable is she?!
Adorable Twin Boys {Ypsilanti, Michigan Family Photographer}
This was my first twin session and I must admit, I couldn't have gotten a cuter pair of boys. They are both so adorable and have the cutest smiles. I got some great shots but these were my favorite.
My other contest cutie
Back in April I held a contest for the Cutest Kid. Little Miss L was one of the winners. It was a nail biting contest and was neck and neck right up until the end... where the votes ending up giving me two winners with a tie!
Lil Miss L was one of the sweetest toddlers I have met and incredibly smart! And she did indeed prove to be simply adorable! I hope you enjoy.

This was my first wedding... and I must say it was a great wedding for it to be the first I shot. The bride and groom were funnest people to work with and it was so apparent how much they loved one another. Thank you Kelly and Paul for letting my share in your big day. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
Contest Winner || Shelby Twp., Michigan Child Photographer

In April, I held a Cutest Child contest on my Facebook Page and lil Miss A was one of the winners (I had a tie!). Her session was this past weekend and this was one of my favorite images from the day. Isn't she a doll?
A Day In The Park || Shelby Twp., MI Child Photographer

I had a very fun session at Heritage Park in Shelby Township with the A Family over the weekend. The children were beautiful, the parents were laid back and relaxed, I couldn't have asked for a better family. Thank you for such an enjoyable Saturday morning. I look forward to seeing you again for E's birthday party.
Lil Miss Penny | Armada, MI Pet Photographer
On Easter Sunday I took my oldest son up to Armada to spend the morning with Nana at the Armada Flea Market. Little did we know we'd also be picking up a new puppy for my brother for Easter. He is in love with her, as is my 3 year old. Is a puppy in our future?

10 Days New l Sterling Heights Michigan Newborn Photographer

I've know lil T's mom since she was just a wee one herself and was very excited to do her first born's session. T was such a cutie and so BIG! I knew he was 9 lbs. 2 oz. at birth but I still was surprised at his size. I got some great shots and don't think they could be cuter. Congrats B & R.
::lil miss:: Washington Township MI Children's Photographer

This is the lil sprout's sister from yesterday's posting. She was the CUTEST lil thing. By the time I was leaving she was giving me hugs, asking me to stay and telling me she loved me. She completely melted my heart.
::J+R:: Southeast Michigan Engagement Photographer

I had my first Engagement session over this past weekend. The couple was very patient with me as I tried to figure out posing and was willing to try all of what I wanted. I couldn't have ask for a better pair for my first "e-session".
Eclipse

I was determined to stay awake and get some pictures of the total lunar eclipse last night. However, both my boys had different ideas. Just as the eclipse started to happen, both of them woke up. The youngest went back to sleep at 3 and the oldest about 4:30 am. This is the one shot I got as it started.
